1. The turbocharger rotor manufacturer introduces the blockage of the automobile air filter. Especially for construction vehicles that pull muck on the construction site, the working environment is very poor. The air filter of the car is equivalent to the nostril of a person. As long as the vehicle is working, it is inhaling all the time, and the air filter is filtered to the engine. For fresh air, those slag will all stay on the surface of the air filter, which will block it for a long time, making it difficult for the turbocharger to inhale, the internal oil pressure is greater than the air pressure, the turbocharger will leak oil, and the work will be ineffective. In this case, no matter how many turbochargers you replace, the problem will not be solved, so replacing the air filter in time is the most basic requirement for vehicle maintenance.
2. Use inferior oil. During the working process of the automobile turbocharger, the speed of one minute is 100,000-200,000 rpm. The rotor shaft and the floating bearing are lubricated by a thin oil film. Once the oil is diluted, the oil film in the middle is destroyed. The rotor shaft and floating bearing will rub at 100,000-20 revolutions per minute.
3. There is a problem with the engine. The turbocharger works on the exhaust gas discharged from the engine. Insufficient air output from the engine, excessive crankcase pressure, valve damage, oil seal leakage and other reasons will affect the engine.
