What can I do about burning oil in my turbocharger?

The turbocharger is mounted at the front of the exhaust pipe and works at a high temperature. The turbo and pump wheel can reach 10-20,000 revolutions per minute when the engine is running at full load. Its turbine spindle is oil-lubricated with floating bearings, and the car has 1 oil line leading to the turbocharger. Any oil leakage from the pipe or the bearing may allow oil to seep from the turbocharger into the exhaust pipe's. When the exhaust pipe is hot, the oil is baked into a blue smoky discharge.

As a liquid, oil in the engine in the long-term high temperature environment and lubrication work process will certainly have a certain amount of consumption, this is very normal phenomenon, in addition to the reasonable consumption of oil from the engine work, when the piston in the up and down reciprocating movement will be a very small amount of oil to the top of the piston and cylinder wall, which is essential to protect the piston, cylinder and other parts of the protection. Some of this oil will be burned clean in the combustion chamber with the gasoline injected after the lubrication effect. Turbocharged engines generally use fully synthetic oils, which flow well but also mean that the viscosity is lower. Due to the thinness of the oil, a small amount of oil flows into the combustion chamber between the cylinder and the piston ring, but this amount is very small and well within the engine's tolerance. So oil consumption is naturally higher. Oil burning is not necessarily because of wear and tear, but often the cylinder clearance design is not very good, and the German car piston ring toughness, toughness will be good tension, tension is not good enough to reduce the piston ring up and down the movement of the cylinder wall caused by wear, but at the same time must be a large gap. The gap is large, the oil will be easy to pass through after gasification. So high temperature and high pressure oil is easy to vaporize plus the cylinder gap is too large, is the main cause of oil consumption is too large.
