Don’t leave by car:

Do not turn off the engine immediately：
The engine can not be put out immediately after running at high speed for a long time. When the engine is running, a portion of the oil is supplied to the turbocharger for lubrication and cooling. When the running engine suddenly stops running, the oil pressure drops to zero rapidly, the high temperature of the turbocharger turbine part spreads to the middle, and the heat in the bearing support shell can not be quickly taken away, at the same time, the turbocharger rotor is still under the role of high-speed rotation inertia, therefore, the engine heat engine if the state of sudden stop, will cause the oil trapped in the turbocharger overheating and damage to the bearings and shafts. Keep Clean:
Remove the turbocharger, to keep clean, the pipe joints must be used to clean cloth plug well, to prevent debris fall into the turbocharger, damage the rotor. Care should be taken not to damage the impeller maintenance, if you need to replace the impeller, it should be done dynamic balance test. After the reassembly is complete, the plug must be removed.
To clean:
Because the supercharger often operates at high temperature, its lubricating oil pipeline is affected by high temperature, the internal oil is easy to have part of coking, this will cause the lubrication of the supercharger bearing insufficient and damage. Therefore, the lubricating oil pipeline should be cleaned after running for a period of time.
